My absolute favourite by Vilhjalmur (Vili) Sigurdarson – an Icelandic chef cooking up foraged, delicious, inspiring Belgian food with a combination of extremely interesting wines. Located in Ghent.
Traditional Malaysian cuisine. My family has been going there ever since I was a child, and although most nostalgic flavours tend to disappoint, this one keeps being A-M-A-Zing. If you go, make sure to order the Satay sharer plate and the Beef in red onions, if your lucky, they might have the green pancakes for dessert.
